We operate a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, arrives defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@Lauwren.com.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement

  • Issuing a full refund

  • Providing a prepaid return label

Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling, wear, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

For orders shipped within the EU, customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal starting from the delivery date, without needing to provide a reason.

The item must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
